Tiffany Sankary:
We Recommend That You
Notice that, when your head and neck are tight, connecting from the ground up, that is, from your legs and pelvis upwards, helps your symptoms.
Tiffany Sankary invites you to join her in this gentle exploration so that you can connect your pelvis to your head by tilting your legs.
In your own time, you can play with different combinations of your legs, neck, head and eyes.

Course Description
Tiffany is the creator of MovementandCreativity.com, a treasure trove of online resources curated from somatic practitioners from around the world to support physical, emotional and creative well-being.
She is an artist, mother, curator and collaborator who practices and teaches the Jeremy Krauss Approach, The Feldenkrais Method® and Organic Intelligence® (in person & online).
In this program, Tiffany shares a lesson from her series that is focused on the common condition of anxiety and tension that are held in your body.
A process of not forcing is key to this lesson. When you have tension in your neck, you can start with your pelvis, feeling the possibility of what happens when you move your legs. Notice where the movement goes through and where it stops. Listen to what feels pleasurable, taking as much time as you like. Attend to the bones of your feet, hip joints, pelvis, the area above your pelvis, your whole spine to the top of your neck.
We are looking for a way that the movement can travel up passively through your spine into your head and neck without your having to do anything actively with your head.
