We Recommend That You
Notice what you are interested in, and how you can follow your curiosity.
Tiffany Sankary invites you to join her in this gentle exploration so that you can unwind your back and belly.
Feldenkrais says, “if you know what you do, you can do what you want.” Most of the time, we don’t know what we’re doing, so this is a big, huge piece of “awareness through movement” which is about knowing what we’re doing.

Course Description
Tiffany is the creator of MovementandCreativity.com, a treasure trove of online resources curated from somatic practitioners from around the world to support physical, emotional and creative well-being.
She is an artist, mother, curator and collaborator who practices and teaches the Jeremy Krauss Approach, The Feldenkrais Method® and Organic Intelligence® (in person & online).
In this program, Tiffany shares a lesson from her series that is focused on the common condition of anxiety and tension that are held in your body.
This lesson focuses on coordination. You will be standing, then move to your back, then move to your belly, then resume standing. It gives you the opportunity to play with translating and transferring motions between being on your feet, then on your back and then your belly. This and other lessons in the series are a “sweet environment” for taking care of yourself and listening to your comfort. The lessons are structures that bring in novel patterns and ways of paying attention to yourself. One of the benefits is that you can do this process with any movement: playing, sensing, noticing, and trying it in many variations.
What you focus on is what shows up for you. The more you can connect the back and belly with the rest of your body, the freer you get.
