Tiffany Sankary:
Feldenkrais Movement Lesson

Course Description

Tiffany is the creator of MovementandCreativity.com, a treasure trove of online resources curated from somatic practitioners from around the world to support physical, emotional and creative well-being.

She is an artist, mother, curator and collaborator who practices and teaches the Jeremy Krauss Approach, The Feldenkrais Method® and Organic Intelligence® (in person & online).

In this program, Tiffany shares a lesson from her series that is focused on what you can learn from moving your head up and down in various positions and with attention to your eye movements and breath.

Tiffany begins with sitting because so much of our lives involve sitting. She guides movement that you can do while sitting to help you notice big and small experiences. When she guides you to explore the lesson in various postions, to stand, lie down on your back and on your belly, and onto your hands and knees, you slowly experience what you feel when you move in the cardinal directions: side to side, up and down, noticing which movements are easier.

Have compassion for ourselves in the learning process. The question, “do you notice a difference?, is to start to train yourself to sense the differences.
