Sit comfortably on your yoga mat and join yoga expert Sheila Magalhaes as she guides you through your practice that will help you enhance your gratitude as you release tension in your body.
If you have experience with Sheila’s Chair Yoga practice, her Special Yoga Practice for Ease and Balancing, her Sunday TLCs and other LWO offerings, you will love Sheila’s approach, which will build on and deepen your practice.
Your experience includes seated and tabletop (hands and knees) postures, helping you to listen to your inner wisdom and make shifts that you need to cultivate gratitude. You will experience leg and core work, spinal mobility and lunges and twisting movements. You will connect the vinyasa flow movements with your breath.
